Shipping Policy – Bazisto.pk Delivery Charges Standard Delivery Fee: PKR 99 for all orders across Pakistan. Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee: Additional PKR 100 for customers choosing COD. Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times or limited COD availability. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders COD is available for orders up to a certain limit (as per our discretion). Customers must pay PKR 50 extra for COD service. If a customer refuses to accept a COD order without a valid reason, we may limit COD for future orders. Return & Refund Policy – Bazisto.pk At Bazisto.pk, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase. Return Policy We offer a 7-day return policy only for products that are damaged upon arrival. Returns are not accepted for products that customers no longer want or change their minds about. Return Process If you receive a damaged product, you must inform us within 7 days of delivery. Send clear pictures of the damaged item to our team on WhatsApp for verification. After approval, we will guide you on how to return the product. The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included. Refund Process Once we receive the returned product and verify the damage, we will process your refund. Refund processing times: Cash on Delivery (COD) & Bank Transfers: 2-3 working days after receiving the returned item. Debit/Credit Card Payments: 10-14 working days, depending on the bank’s processing time. Important Notes Shipping costs for returning the product are non-refundable.
